Cubegraph Technologies LLP — founded in 2026, based in Gurgaon. We build the commerce, ERP and integration systems that retail, D2C and manufacturing businesses run on, and we operate a commerce platform of our own in production.
The software is competent. It's answering the wrong question.
CubeGraph started from an observation about how technology gets sold to mid-sized businesses in India: the recommendation almost always arrives before anyone has understood the operation. A brand gets a platform because that's the platform its agency builds on. A manufacturer gets a storefront template because that's what the template does — never mind that nobody in their industry has ever added anything to a cart.
Nothing about that is incompetent. The builds are fine. They're just answers to a question the business never asked, and the cost of that shows up eighteen months later as a system nobody uses, a migration nobody budgeted for, and data living in six spreadsheets again.
So we work the other way round, and it's the whole of our method: map how the business actually runs first, then choose the technology — including the times the honest recommendation is a stock theme, keeping the accounting package you already have, or not buying anything yet. We lose some work that way. The work we keep tends to be the work we can do well.
What We Do
We build the systems businesses actually run on — storefronts that sell, catalogues that generate qualified enquiries, and the ERP and integration work that keeps operational data in one place instead of six spreadsheets. Most of our work sits with retail, D2C and manufacturing businesses in India: the kind that have outgrown their current setup but don't want an eighteen-month transformation programme to fix it.
We Build Our Own Product Too
Alongside client work we build and operate Retail Commerce OS, our own commerce operating system for retail and D2C brands. It matters here because it changes what we are: we carry the consequences of our own architecture decisions — the sync failures, the scaling costs, the migrations — rather than handing them to a client and moving on.

Founded in 2026 as an LLP, trading as CubeGraph. Registered and working out of Gurgaon, Haryana — a deliberate choice, because the retail, D2C and manufacturing businesses we build for are mostly a drive away.
Storefronts, catalogues, manufacturer sites
The first engagements went live and started trading: D2C storefronts, B2B catalogue sites built to generate sourcing enquiries rather than cart checkouts, and the integration work behind them. Every one of them is a URL you can open.
Retail Commerce OS
We stopped only recommending commerce platforms and started operating one. Retail Commerce OS is our own commerce operating system for retail and D2C brands — POS, orders, inventory, WhatsApp, loyalty and analytics on one set of data — and we run it, on call, for real merchants.

You see it while it's being built
Work goes to a staging URL you can open from your phone, from the first week. You review the real thing as it takes shape rather than a slide about it, and changes land while they're still cheap.
We're accountable after launch
We run our own platform in production, so we're not structured to disappear at handover. Support, monitoring and the unglamorous maintenance work are part of what we do, not an upsell invented afterwards.
