This Privacy Policy is issued by Cubegraph Technologies LLP ("CubeGraph", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, operating cubegraphtech.com and the Retail Commerce OS platform (retailcommerceos.com). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Cubegraph Technologies LLP acts as the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through these properties.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data, and only for the purpose stated next to each:

Contact details (name, email, phone number, company name) — submitted via our contact form, quote requests, newsletter signup, or WhatsApp — used to respond to your enquiry and, where you've opted in, to send you occasional updates.
Job application data (name, email, resume/CV, cover letter) — submitted via our Careers page — used solely to evaluate your application.
Usage data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) — collected automatically via analytics — used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or health data through this site.

Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form on this site, or where processing is necessary to respond to a request you have initiated (for example, replying to a quote request you submitted). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@cubegraphtech.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. our email delivery provider, hosting provider, and analytics provider), bound by confidentiality obligations
Law enforcement or regulators, where required by Indian law
A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Cubegraph Technologies LLP — with notice to you where required

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and optional analytics cookies to understand site usage. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

7. Data retention

We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Job application data is retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained in aggregate/anonymised form beyond individual identifiability.

8. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities carried out
Request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data
Request erasure of your personal data, where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
Withdraw consent at any time
Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your rights have been violated

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted internal access — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International visitors

Our servers are located in India. If you access this site from outside India, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in India, in accordance with this policy and applicable Indian law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
