These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cubegraphtech.com (the "Site"), operated by Cubegraph Technologies LLP ("CubeGraph", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India. By browsing the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover use of the website only — a separate signed statement of work or services agreement governs any actual engagement for web development, ERP, SAP, digital marketing, or Retail Commerce OS services, and takes precedence over this page for that engagement.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site other than through legitimate search engine or AI-assistant indexing
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including by introducing malware
• Use the Site to violate any applicable Indian or international law

3. Intellectual property

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Enquiries, quotes, and no obligation

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or newsletter signup on this Site does not create a binding contract, engagement, or obligation on either party. A services engagement with CubeGraph is only formed once both parties sign a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement setting out scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.

5. Third-party links and integrations

The Site may link to third-party websites (including retailcommerceos.com, our partner platforms, or social media) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a signed services agreement, which is governed by the liability terms in that agreement.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
