Client: Fronk Royale
A Shopify storefront for a premium men's leather footwear label, built to carry fourteen collections and run seasonal campaigns without developer involvement.

Fronk Royale makes handcrafted leather footwear for men — Oxfords, Derbys, monk straps, loafers and several distinct boot lines. The brand needed a storefront with enough structure to hold a genuinely deep catalogue, and enough restraint that the product photography still carried the page. "Luxury Without Borders" is the brand's own line, and the site had to earn it.
We built the store on Shopify with a theme configured around the way the catalogue actually splits. Fourteen collections sit behind a category-led navigation — footwear by construction (Oxford, Derby, monk strap, loafer), boots by style (Chelsea, Jodhpuri, lace-up, zipper), plus accessories, belts and a dedicated in-stock deals line — so a customer who arrives knowing what they want reaches it in one click, and a customer who is browsing gets a merchandised route through Shop by Category, Trending Collections and Shop the Look.
The campaign layer was the other half of the job. The announcement bar, hero campaign slots and promotional pricing are all editable by the client's own team, which is what lets the store swing into a festive campaign — a Raksha Bandhan sale with a prepaid-order incentive was running when this case study was written — without a deployment. A WhatsApp enquiry channel, wishlist and multi-currency pricing round out the storefront, and the product and collection pages ship with complete title, meta description and Open Graph markup so the catalogue is properly indexable.
The store is live and trading at fronkroyale.com, carrying the full fourteen-collection catalogue with the brand running its own campaigns end to end.
